Practice with an emphasis on taxation (planning, compliance, and taxpayer representation), specialized accounting services to oil and gas operators and non-operators, financial and management advisory services, and computer issues.  Industry experience concentrated in oil and gas, agriculture, and health care.

Oil and gas joint-venture and revenue audits, consulting on oil and gas agreements, tax accounting for joint-ventures and client assistance in negotiating agreements.

Experienced expert witness.  Engaged in a number of cases, by defendants and plaintiff's attorneys, to serve as an expert, as a litigation consultant, and to act as a party arbitrator in arbitration proceedings.

Honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy as CTI1.  Served as a Thai linguist, data analyist and report writer in the Naval Security Group.

United States Soccer Federation State Referee Emeritus.  Actively refereeing competitive college, high school and youth soccer.
